The Story
Two decades inside the machine.
I did not arrive at agentic project controls through theory. I arrived through twenty years of late nights reconciling schedules, rebuilding cost models that should never have broken, and watching brilliant teams burn out doing work that machines should never have left to people.
I have sat in the controls seat on megaprojects across infrastructure, energy, transport, and giga-scale development. I have seen how planning, cost, risk, and change are forced to live in separate spreadsheets, separate tools, and separate heads — stitched together by hand, every reporting cycle, forever.
The cost of that fragmentation is enormous, and almost everyone has stopped noticing it. It is just “how project controls works.” I no longer accept that. The tools finally exist to integrate these functions properly — and someone who has actually done the work needs to lead that shift.
